Front office/Guest Relation Officer

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Providing personalized service to guests
  • Having a deep knowledge of all amenities for guests
  • Working with all departments (housekeeping, food services, etc.) to meet guests’ needs
  • Meet guests when they arrive and getting them settled in their rooms (check in and check out)
  • Anticipate guests’ needs by learning their preferences, allergies, dislikes, etc.
  • Run errands for guests when necessary
  • Recommend and arrange amenities for guests
  • Perform all duties with discretion, professionalism and a pleasant demeanor

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
  • Experience as a Front office or GRO or similar role in the hospitality industry
  • Active English is a must
  • Strong multi-tasking and excellent organizational skills
  • Able to drive a car with licence
  • Ability to adapt to a fluid environment
  • Commitment to a high level of customer service and strict attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with efficiency and discretion
  • Well knowledge about Bali and its tradition
