We are currently seeking professional experienced to fill the following positions:

COMPTROLLER / DIRECTOR OF FINANCE

QUALIFICATIONS:

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Master degree is preferable.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial management role in the hospitality industry preferable in 5-star hotels with multiple FB outlets.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices and experience with financial reporting and analysis.
Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and the ability to provide strategic financial guidance to senior Management.
Experience with financial systems and tools such as Accpac and Oracle.
Good verbal, written and communication skill in English.

BAR MANAGER

QUALIFICATIONS FOR BAR MANAGER:

Proven experience minimum 2 years in the same position.
Demonstrated excellent communication skills, both oral and written (English).
In-depth knowledge of beverage and food service.
Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations.
Knowledge of inventory management and cost control.
Establishes a friendly atmosphere of superior guest service and product quality.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, work well in environment with time constraints, and troubleshoot effectively.
Ability to train & develop the staff, innovate & implement new ideas, build team morale, and demonstrated effective leadership skills including delegation skills.
Time Management efficiently & familiar with OPERA system.
