Secret Spot is a plant-based breakfast, lunch and dinner restaurant. We are inviting talented people to join our team, we are looking for:

Restaurant General Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all systems operate smoothly and align with our quality standards
  • Maximize the efficiency of all business procedures
  • Establish production KPIs and conduct quality assessments
  • Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise
  • Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance
  • Monitor financial data and recommend solutions that will improve profitability
  • Responsible for train and supervise staff
  • Works with members of the team to ensure the project achieves business goals
  • Identifies and resolve issues, complaints and inquiries
  • Oversee the performance of all team members within the operational team
  • Coordinate with other staff members in the company to ensure that all operations are running
  • Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
  • Manage budgets and forecasts

Requirements:
  • Fluent in written and verbal English communication
  • Proven 3+ years of work experience as an operations Manager or similar role
  • Experience in hospitality industry
  • Knowledge of production projection
  • Good knowledge of budgeting and forecasting
  • Proficient in Ms. Office (Microsoft Excel in particular)
  • Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical problem-solving abilities
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
  • Have a strong experience with high-volume quality service
  • Possess a positive attitude and good team player

  • Have a strong experience with high volume quality service
  • Possess a positive attitude and good team player
  • Fluent in English
