Luna2, Seminyak promises to deliver a cosmic guest experience every time, is now seeking an energetic, FUN and experienced professional to join our reception team

Reception Requirement
  • Preferably female and well groomed
  • Hospitality educational background
  • Bear minimum 1 year experience in similar position
  • Must have strong communication skill, computer and organisational skills 
  • Good communication in English both spoken and written
  • Good knowledge on tourism information and activities
  • Maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance 
  • Prior guest service experience required, preferably hotel front office and reservation
  • Guest satisfaction oriented 
  • Familiar with VHP system
  • Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
