CHINESE SPEAKING STAFF

PT. Kura Kura, a new fast growing company is looking for enthusiastic candidate who is able to speak Mandarin for our Chinese Market to be posted immediately as our Operator Staff.

General Requirements:
  • Excellent command and understanding of English language and Mandarin, both written (correspondent) and oral conversation
  • Minimum Diploma Degree
  • Team Player & Good communication skills
  • Computer Literate, Customer service oriented
  • Knowledge of hospitality and travel agent in Bali will be advantage
  • Based in Bali

Role:
  • Assisting customer and client with booking, request, and inquiries
  • Answering customer’s call & email in a timely manner
  • Identify and handling customer issues or complaints accurately to the satisfaction of customer
  • Maximise opportunities to sell up product and services 
  • Facilitate a close working relationship with company’s partner
