IT EXECUTIVE

Qualifications:
  • S1 in Information & Technology with at least 2 years related experience or
  • Diploma degree with minimum 4 years at similar role
  • Very good in Bahasa and fluent in English 
  • Articulate to communicate technical concepts, solutions and implications in a business language
  • Interact with local and central IS service partners (e.g.: Accenture, TCS, IBM, etc.) supported by the Service Delivery Manager
  • Use databases or other computerized systems
  • Mainly be responsible for the IT Infrastructure (laptop/desktop, server, routers/switches, network and internet connectivity) for the company
  • Main point of contact with the relevant IT vendors (locally and foreign)
  • Knowledge of LAN - WAN
  • Understand IT hardware, software and maintenance procurement.
  • Understand and enforce the IT security policy.
  • IT infrastructure, especially for Helpdesk support and system Engineer Support.
  • To ensure maximum availability of computer systems throughout the company
  • Disaster Recovery Plan
  • Provide a monthly written report to the IT Infrastructure Manager
  • Trouble shooter
  • Having experience of penetration test 
  • Having skill and knowledge in Networking, Switching, Mikrotik and Internet
  • Required - Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)
  • Required - Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA)
  • Required - Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) 
  • Optional and desired - Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
  • Optional and desired - Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)
