Job Title: Villa - Reservations Officer

This job requires the candidate to be able to communicate in English (written and oral) fluently and confidently to guests and also have basic computer skills (replying emails & setting up online systems).

Job Responsibilities are
  • Setting up pricing/promotions and updating room availability in Online Travel Agent (OTA) system such as Agoda, Expedia, Booking.com, Airbnb etc
  • Replying email inquiries in English language from guests and giving them pricing quotes accordingly in a timely manner.
  • Answering phone calls from guests inquiring for rooms and villas and following up with their specific questions/needs. 

Job Requirements are
  • Pleasant, attention to details, friendly personality, team-player.
  • Experience in OTA (Online Travel Agent) systems and websites. (Candidates with no experience in OTA will be considered if candidate have worked in Travel Agents industry in the past)
  • Travel Agents who have worked in the Travel industry and experienced in emailing and giving pricing quotes in emails or by phone are welcomed to apply.
  • Fresh Graduates with previous internship in English-speaking-environment only can be considered. Fresh graduates who did not have such experience need not apply.
  • Basic Word and Computer proficiency
  • Hospitality & Service minded

This is a 3 months contract job (6 days a week) with potential to be converted to permanent long term. Location in Seminyak, Bali.
