Job Vacancy Bookkeeper at Salty Volt

"Salty Volt is currently looking for a Bookkeeper who is committed to a long term part time job. 2 hours weekly (preferably on the weekend). Indonesian male/ female are invited to apply.

Candidate must possess these qualifications:
  • ​An ​ability to work quickly and accurately
  • Good concentration
  • An eye for details
  • An ability to work to deadlines
  • Good computer skills (especially with database and financial software)
  • Honest, discreet and trustworthy
  • Fair English is acceptable

Job Description
  • Maintaining an orderly accounting filling system
  • Processing sales invoices, cash receipts, petty cash and payments
  • Conduct periodic reconciliations of all accounts to ensure their accuracy
  • Balancing accounts/double book
  • Repairing cash flow statements
