HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

Requirement:
  • Strong knowledge in recruitment procedure and channels.
  • Excellent network with local banjar and government institutions.
  • Wide knowledge in all law and regulation related to hotel industry.
  • Good ability in payroll and taxes.
  • Minimum two years experience in international chain hotels.
  • High skills in negotiation and communication with people.
  • Well versed in designing and delivering training programs.
  • Ambitious, discipline and creative personality.
  • Able to lead and manage team well.
  • Fluent in both English and computer.
  • Outstanding in all job descriptions of Human Resources Manager.
