About the Role
  • Direct report to General Manager (1)
  • Responsible for day to day operation (1)
  • Responsible to oversee FO, HK, Spa, & Security (1)
  • Responsible for guest service & control system (1)
  • Assist with staff schedules and staffing requirements (1)
  • Assist FO in delivering the guest service (2)

Qualifications
  • well presented with excellent English communication skills
  • experience in a similar role in a medium sized hotel (1)
  • familiar with VHP system is an advantage (1)
  • Attention to detail, organisational skills and initiative (1)
  • Fresh graduated from tourism school / university is welcomed (2)
