SOUS CHEF / SENIOR CHEF de PARTIE

Qualification :
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in 5 star hotels, restaurants or reputable catering establishment.
  • Passionate and up to date with food trends
  • Experience in Japanese cuisine an advantage
  • Creative and able to maintain the high standard of food quality and hygiene
  • Preparing and managing small buffet banquets for 20 to 120 guest
  • Good people management and communication skills
  • Indonesian nationals only need apply
