General requirements :

  • Min. Diploma from hospitality/culinary school
  • Min. 2 years exp. in similar position/Villa
  • Able to cook European, Continental, Middle East and Asian
  • Able to create new menu and establish quality, presentation and effective cost standard
  • Flexible on working shift
  • Dynamic, creative, initiative, self motivated, good team player.
  • Has good/positive attitude, leadership and willing to work under high pressure environment
