  • Effective computer skills, knowledge of accounting programs and budget analysis
  • Has good knowledge of Laundry Operations
ASSISTANT / BEVERAGE MANAGER
  • Minimum Diploma III or Bachelor Degree in Hotel & Tourism Management
  • 2 (two) years experience in a similar position
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Must be able to speak, read and write in English
  • Proven Leadership skills
  • Well versed in Service standards and Food & Beverage trends
  • Certified Train the Trainer
  • Strong background in Bar operations & inventory
  • A proven success in revenue development
